Scalextric - A Nostalgic Icon! Playing nostalgic games is not only a great hobby, but it can also support mood and mental wellbeing. Our nostalgic pick for today is Scalextric. Pictured above is our favourite Scalextric car from our very own collection - The Police Mini Cooper 💙 This car holds the track like glue! We have around 15 Scalextric cars and this one is definitely the best for all round racing. Scalextric makes for a superb hobby, especially if you have space in your house to dedicate to an entire build where you can leave it constantly set up. This way, you can play it any time you like. Growing up, my dad converted the right half of our large garden shed into a dedicated track with inclines, bends and chicanes. It was about 15 foot long and it was truly awesome!
